Only briefly and with notice. We work staircase by staircase and inform residents in good time.
Do you offer framework contracts for property managers?
Yes: a fixed contact person, agreed response times, hourly rates and regular inspections for all flats.
How large can the buildings be?
From an 8-flat building to complexes with more than 100 units. For large projects we work with partner companies.
