Do you work at night in venues and clubs?
Yes. We work when your venue is closed – early morning, at night or on closing days. The surcharge is stated in the quote.
Do you take on entire apartment buildings?
Yes, from small buildings to large complexes: rising mains, meter cabinets, stairwells, flats between tenants and EV charging in the garage – also with framework contracts for property managers.
Which districts do you cover?
All of Vienna, plus Lower Austria and Burgenland within about 50 km.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
A site visit is usually possible within a week. We reply to every enquiry within one working day.
Is the site visit free?
In Vienna the visit is free for jobs from €500 net. Otherwise we charge a call-out fee, which is credited if you place the order.
Can I buy the materials myself?
Yes. However, we cannot give a warranty for materials we did not supply.
Will I get an invoice with VAT?
Yes, all invoices are issued by Oberih FlexCo. For construction services to businesses, reverse charge applies.
Do you speak my language?
We advise in German, English, Ukrainian and Russian. Quotes and reports are in German, with explanations in your language on request.
