For developers & general contractors

We take on electrical trade packages as a subcontractor – with or without materials, on schedule and fully documented.

Labour only or with materials: We work with client-supplied materials or source through our wholesaler.
Invoicing by progress: Interim invoices by agreed stages. Construction services to businesses with reverse charge (§ 19 (1a) UStG).
Documentation: Test reports, inspection certificates and as-built drawings, as your acceptance requires.
Documents on request: Trade licence, company register extract, liability insurance and tax clearance certificates.
